That thing? That thing where you’re kind of tired or overwhelmed or maybe just a little blue? And you want to knit because knitting makes you feel better?  But you also know that you really need some rather mellow knitting because this is Just Not The Time for anything challenging?  Yeah. That thing.  I’ve been feeling that thing for quite some time now.  And this?  This is Proclivity, and it was just what I needed.

I’m not even going to pretend it’s hard.  Or fancy.  Or complicated.  Because it’s none of those things.

Instead it’s very very very chill.

Now don’t get me wrong.  It’s still lovely (I’m rally rather smitten with it if I do say so myself).  And the fabric is delightfully reversible (seriously, I knit the thing and I still look at the pictures and go ‘how does it do that?!?’).  And I think you’ll have a wonderful time both knitting and wearing it.

But it is absolutely not going to provide any extra dramatic tension in your life.  Though to be fair, I don’t really particularly want any extra dramatic tension in my life right now thank you very much.  I’ll take lovely and mellow and chill over dramatic any day of the week.
