Ok I know most of you aren’t local, but for anyone who is…wanna come make flowers with me?

I’m doing a class at Wanderwood (they’re in Nobleboro, Maine) on Thursday May 29 from 6-8.

We’ll make these. Which start with coffee filters (still not sure if this is a scandalous secret I should hide or a hilarious fact I should mention as often as possible), dye them into a whole rainbow of gorgeous colors (yes, yes this is why my fingernails have looked like that lately), cut them into fancy shapes (don’t worry, I’ll have templates), and assemble them into fantastic flowers.

Now don’t worry, I know most folks are a little too far away to make in person festivities work. So I’m writing up a whole big book of instructions for how to make these so you can play no matter where you are. That will likely be out in June.

But if you are local, I promise this will be a delightful way to spend an evening!
