So, if you’re feeling overwhelmed by all the terrible news, the SINGLE BEST WAY TO FEEL BETTER is to take action. Not scroll. Not watch another video on instagram or tiktok, not listen to a podcast. Actually Take A Concrete Action.

I want you to learn a little more, do a little more, or help a little more. Or all three if you can!

Or find something of your own to do! It doesn’t have to be what I said here. But just find SOMETHING (scrolling on your phone doesn’t count) that you can actually do, and spend fifteen minutes actually doing. Then tell me about it.

I desperately want to hear about Actual Things You Actually Did!

  • Did you call your reps and demand they protect our bodily autonomy?
  • Did you go to your school board meeting and speak up for good sex ed curriculum?
  • Did you sneak plan c stickers into all the health text books in your school?
  • Did you pick up an extra package of emergency contraception the last time you were at the pharmacy?
  • Did you stock up on abortion pills and let your friends know you have them if anyone needs them?
