So the kits with the bags totally out during the Patreon preorder* (no really, in like 24 hours). Which is delightful! But I know that a bunch of folks were hoping to knit ornaments with me, and I was bummed that not everyone was going to be able to. So I talked with Rachel and we made a plan!

I added an option with the bits & yarn & patterns for folks who want to play but missed out on the bags. Each kit will have six mini skeins of Ontheround’s Plush single, two pairs of my very favorite tiny scissors (you can watch me extol their virtues over here), and two of the nifty little gauge cards I just made (you can watch me play with them over here). Plus you’ll get a series of emails over November and December with all the patterns I make with this yarn.

I don’t know which ones, because it depends on what I feel like making for my tree and I’m just going to let the yarn inspire me. But I know there will be at least six or seven of my favorites, and you’ll be able to add them to your ravelry library (or get them through payhip if you prefer), just like usual!

And, while these bags are all spoken for now (and while I won’t do these exact ones again), I suspect I am going to be doing more bags in the future. Because wow were these fun to design, and gosh y’all seem to love them! That won’t be till next spring at the very earliest, but it is officially now added to the list of project simmering away in the back of my mind.
