Two things! 

• One: The spiffy new tier on patreon (the one where you get a pair of these awesome gauge cards headed towards your mailbox early next week) is closing tomorrow! So if you want them, this is last call (plus we’re doing a cool thing where anyone who joins starting the first month and stays on for the full year will get month free at the end, so last call to get in on that). Head to this post for more details. There’s a button at the bottom that says “join to unlock” that will let you sign up!

• Two: We’ve got a handful of Community Supported Patreon Memberships available! I’m switching from Community Supported Patterns (which we did for a little over three and a half years) to Community Supported Patreon Memberships (which will let me include things like this spiffy new tier in the program). Details about those spots for this month are right over here. (You’ll need to log into patreon to see that post, but anyone with any sort of membership there, including the free ones has access to the post and the Community Supported Memberships offered on that post. The patreon folks are the ones funding the Community Supported Memberships, so it seems totally fair to run host it over there, but anyone can totally join us there for free.)

This is the last time these cards will be available, at least for the next several months. I have had enough yarn shops ask about them that I might find a way to do them wholesale (maybe…if I don’t get distracted by another shiny object). But I know myself well enough to know that I absolutely for sure can not ever ever ever run a regular shop with lots of tiny things that are just generally available (the time vs money vs effort calculations for that just don’t work out). So I have no intention of ever having these available individually all the time, they’re too little for that to be practical for me. So if you want them (and don’t know me well enough to find me in person and ask if I’ve got an extra in my bag), this is how you get them!

Next up, I’ll show off a couple of patterns that all use my favorite way to do hat brims, then talk about embroidering on your knits, and after that we’ll see about getting those tiny scissors headed out to anyone who loves them as much as I do!
