For anyone who saw the cards in the last post and thought ‘that should be a postcard,’ I have two things to say. First, you’re right…second, I have good news! The backs of them are, indeed, set up to be postcards.

Now I know someone is wondering, so yes, right up front, my expectation is that if you want to make them as a postcard (meaning not in an envelope, using a postcard stamp), you’d want to make them unstitched. And if you want to cover them in string you’d want to put them in an envelope to keep them safe and use a regular stamp to send them. But really, that’s ok, once you stitch them they’re so damn pretty you won’t mind keeping them safe!
