Ahem…I’ve been walking around with a pocket full of these spreading glee everywhere I go. And, having tested this out on folks locally, I’m going to be Expanding The Glee by flinging them into the void, more specifically into the mailboxes of Notable Nonsense folks.

Now, I have to go do a bunch of tedious math (and checking with the post office) before I will have any details to share. But the general idea is that we’re going to do a much more substantial package that covers several months of mail club membership, because that will allow me to send y’all both yarn and acorns!

(The boring admin bit is that anything that’s more than about half an inch thick has to be sent like a package, not like a letter, which means the postage goes from under a dollar to more than five dollars, which means for anything big like these we have to have it span several months to make the math work out…but you’re here for the cute, not the math, and I’ll be back with more details on that later.)

I’m going to go ahead and reopen the Notable Nonsense tier (I always close it for a little while after a package goes out until I announce something about the next one, just so no one is confused about what’s going to show up) so folks who know for sure they’re going to want in on this can make that happen. And in a week or so, once I’ve had time to do some math and put together some more specific options, I’ll put up some polls so Notable Nonsense folks can vote on what they want. (Someone is currently wondering, so if you’re not a member at all, you can join over here, and if you’re already a member and want to change to the Notable Nonsense tier so you can get these in the mail, there are instructions to do that over here.)
