The living room smelled like propane this morning, so I called the gas company. And while I waited for them to come see what was going on (and after opening all the windows and turning off the gas at the tank), I figure I’d hang out on the porch and mend a tiny little hole in this hat.

And I thought I might as well flip on the camera and chat with y’all while I worked. So I did that and posted the video of it over on Patreon (it’s a free public post, anyone can see it). There’s literally nothing else going on here, it was seriously just me talking through the process while I mended this, mostly to distract myself while I waited for someone to come see what was wrong. It’s all in real time (aka slow), and you absolutely do not need to watch it unless you want to listen to me prattle for a while!

The hole is fixed. The stove, alas, is not. But it is in a stable state while I wait to see what the replacement parts for the stove are going to cost.
