Preorders for the multi tool close Tuesday, October 27! That means that’s the last day to order them and be sure they’ll arrive in time for Christmas (and the last day to get the preorder bonus gauge card). My final round of samples comes from the manufacturer Monday, which means I’ll spend Tuesday playing with it and making sure we’ve got everything just right, then I’ll submit my order on Wednesday. These take a solid three weeks to make, so I have to give them my final numbers next week in order to get them in time to pack them up and have them in the mail by December 1.

Now in theory I’ll order at least a handful of extras (I always get at least some to take care of any packages that get lost or damaged in the mail). But the production cost on these is higher than you’d expect (the unit cost on these is higher than for all but one of the books I printed), so I’m absolutely not going to get many extra. The plan is to put the extras up for a few days before these ship, so there’s a chance you might be able to get one then if you don’t get one now, but I absolutely can’t promise. (And once they ship on December 1, I won’t be selling them any time soon, though I wiiiiiill have a list of yarn shops where you might be able to find them!)

So if you are suddenly consumed with a burning desire to have these in your wallet…or your knitting bag…or your dashboard…or in all your knitting friends’ stockings, this is last call! (I’ll try to remember to post something Monday, but I get weird about being too sales-y…and then I get sad about the inevitable person who says ‘ack I forgot’…and then I get distracted by the nearest shiny object and wander off and forget the whole thing, so no promises).

But I promise they’re super nifty, and I’m pretty sure you’ll love them!
