I like this enough I knit it twice. Once very very very early on in my knitting journey (the sort early where I didn’t actually own many hats and had to knit one to keep warm on a trip…so I finished it in the car at the start of the trip and blocked it on the hotel ice bucket), once a bit later when I’d learned about things like hat blockers and grownup cameras.  There are very few things I like that much (seriously, I have a short attention span, the chances of something holding my attention the second time through are alarmingly low), but this is totally one of them.  Even if you have absolutely no intention of making it, you should totally click through and look at the top of that hat, it’s so damn orderly I can hardly stand it!
