Look I have a weakness.  Well, several of them really.  But one of them in particular is that if I have just a liiiiiiiittle bit of yarn left when I finish a hat, I absolutely cannot stop myself from making tiny little wrist warmers to go with it.  Now, some people do not see the appeal of these.  Which is fine, you can totally just make the hat. But I’m going to encourage you to make wrist warmers at some point.  They’re ridiculously quick. They take practically no yarn. They actually keep you a bit warmer (no, I don’t know how, but they do). They don’t get in the way of your hands as you type or knit (or wash your filthy hands). And they look shockingly cute peeking out from under the end of your sleeves.  Seriously, I’m wearing some as I type this. And if you cast some on today, you could be wearing them tomorrow. How often does knitting let you do that!
