Oooooooh, remember that lovely goldy/green hat from a few weeks ago? Yeah, so I actually finished it and took it to the beach for a photoshoot earlier this week. But I use the word ‘finish’ loosely here, because then I spent yesterday doing something spiffy to it.

I have a plan. A fluid plan to be sure, but a plan none the less. It has to do with this hat and its companion and Little Skein Anne’s lovely yarn and my ongoing fondness for duplicate stitch.⁠

But first, first I have to finish stitching on this, and on it’s partner in crime, then head back to the beach. But hang on, I think you’ll like where this is going.
