As promised, a few more details on what’s going and what’s staying!

I’m reorganizing my patterns into a Core Collection—a dozen patterns that I plan to have more or less permanently available (thought it’s always possible there will be adjustments if a new pattern comes along to claim one of those spots), and Rotating Collections—a handful of patterns, all sharing the theme or technique that I’m playing with at the moment, which will only be available for a few months. You can see the patterns in the Core Collection and the first Rotating Collection here.

Everything else is going into retirement starting next week (though many of the retired patterns will come back for a few weeks in November to give anyone who really really really wants them a chance to grab them). That means if there’s stuff you want, you’ve got a little less than a week to go get it.

That will work from now through when the patterns come down (I can’t tell you an exact date because it’s a hugely manual task, but I can tell you I’m starting on Monday the 26th, so you’ve got less than a week).

And now, I’m going to be absolutely scandalous and show you some of my personal picks, just because I can!

You know I love a good hat and mitt set (because damn it all, matching accessories is half the fun of being a knitter), and these are three of my favorites. Right to left they are the Constellate set, the Decorum and Comportment set, and the Brioche(ish) set.

If you’re more the type to make a hat all by itself, I’ve got you covered there too. Again from right to left we’ve got Penchant, Explicate, and Semblance. (Do I really like embroidering on my hats, yes! Am I occasionally able to resist, I suppose if I must.).
