I’m shutting things down for the general strike on Friday (more info on the strike here). Except it’s a manual process, not something I can automate for a specific time, I am for sure not staying up past my bedtime tonight nor setting an alarm to get up in the middle of the night to turn them back on Saturday morning. So really stuff will be down from now till when I have enough tea in me Saturday morning to be trusted around a computer.

I’m putting this here so hopefully folks will see it if they’re looking for something and confused about why it’s not working. I know it’s a pain, and I’m sorry, but it seems the thing to do under the circumstances.

If you’re able, stay home tomorrow. Don’t go to work, don’t go to school, don’t buy anything. Again, only do it if you can and it’s safe for you. But if you can, this works better the more of us who do it.
