Ahem…a package came. Two packages actually. Two packages full of the embroidered notepaper cards I got made just for us.

You know, the ones you can absolutely add grommets to and/or clip together with a binder ring, because goodness knows I love me some office supplies. The ones I got done with nifty (if shockingly difficult to photograph) texture so that you can really feel the individual stitches (no really, you want to run your fingernail over them, they’re so delightfully tactile).

And all of that’s cool…but you know the real question is what’s it like to write on them? And well, the only way to show you that is to try it out! So I did…and you can watch (on insta or on a public post patreon). I’m delighted to report they’re fantastic and work with pretty much every writing implement I can get my hands on.

These are going in the next Notable Nonsense shipment (the one going out in May), along with the punched version and some other little delights. More on that soon (don’t worry, I’ll open the tier again here in about a week so if you’re not on there now you’ll be able to join it before they go out). But for now, I just wanted to show off the Shiny New Toy!
