These dozen patterns are my very favorites. They’ll likely stick around for a while (at least until something new comes along and claims one of their spots)!

These patterns share a common theme or technique (in this case, slippers) and will be available for just a few months. Rampant & Notable Nonsense patreon folks get these patterns free!

Not That Powerful

January 22, 2013|

So it seems the sock, the pale blue, leafy, spring-tastic sock, has some limits to its magical powers of winter banishment.  This is what I woke up to this morning. That's one of my office [...]

According to Plan

January 19, 2013|

This is going awfully well.  Awfully well indeed.  I have a sneaking suspicion this yarn (Chubbie, by Vice) is going to become one of my favorite fat sock yarns.  This is especially good news, since [...]

Envy

January 18, 2013|

About a zillion years ago, I got to know Lizzy on Ravelry.  She tested some of my earliest patterns, then she knit some samples for KCC1, and now she's gone and done that thing that [...]

A Piece of Scrap Yarn

January 16, 2013|

You know that line in a lot of my mitt patterns? The one that says 'set thumb stitches aside on a spare needle or piece of scrap yarn?'  Yeah, I'd really sort of suggest you [...]

Looking for an earlier pattern?

I have a lot of patterns! But I also tend to get overwhelmed if I have to deal with them all at once. So I’ve picked 12 of my favorites (the Core Collection) that will usually be available. And every few months, I decide on a theme or a technique and make a handful of related patterns (the Rotating Collection) available for a little while (then they go away again). The other patterns are retired and are not generally available. However, because I know some folks will want them, I make many the retired patterns available for a few weeks every November. If you want me to tell you when they’re back, subscribe to the mailing list or patreon, and I’ll be sure to let you know!
