I cannot even begin to explain how fast and satisfying this is. This, which is about seven inches of knitting (with the brim unfolded) is what I cranked out in one afternoon of knitting. And really, I could probably have finished it in a day, but my elbow would not appreciate that, and it was getting dark, so I exercised a bit of restraint. ⁠

But still…that’s more than half a hat in an afternoon. That’s delightfully quick.
