One, I’m reclaiming the yarn from this swatch (look here if you want to watch me pull it out…) which means unraveling it, putting it water until it’s absolutely soaked all the way through, then hanging it to dry. If all the kinks don’t come out, you didn’t soak it long enough, do it again. (I don’t like to put a weight on it while it dries because I feel like that stretches it out and I don’t want it being stretched out more than I want it being kinked up, so I just do it twice if the first time doesn’t solve it).

Two, none of us is ok because we keep seeing armed agents of the state murder our neighbors every time we pick up our phone, and our government is lying to us about what we’re seeing. So if you feel overwhelmed, please know that’s a reasonable response to a deeply unreasonable situation, and you are not overreacting.
