These dozen patterns are my very favorites. They’ll likely stick around for a while (at least until something new comes along and claims one of their spots)!

These patterns share a common theme or technique (in this case, slippers) and will be available for just a few months. Rampant & Notable Nonsense patreon folks get these patterns free!

Nearly there

Little mitts on thicker yarn have some distinct advantages.  They're cozy as can be, and done in a flash.  I'm pretty sure this took about five minutes. And this five more. And this five more. [...]

One Down

September 28, 2016|

Love it! I haven't woven in all the ends yet (so. many. ends.).  But I've got enough in to know it fits and is comfy.  I was worried the rolled edge would feel bulky, but [...]

Rolling

There are ways to keep the edges of your knitting from rolling, but sometimes you just need to relax and go with it.  And this is totally one of those times. I like how the [...]

Blocking 201 – Hats

September 24, 2016|

So instagram seems to be a place that starts all sorts of fun discussions.  I posted a blocking picture of a cowl the other day, and that turned into a post about blocking cowls.  Now [...]

Looking for an earlier pattern?

I have a lot of patterns! But I also tend to get overwhelmed if I have to deal with them all at once. So I’ve picked 12 of my favorites (the Core Collection) that will usually be available. And every few months, I decide on a theme or a technique and make a handful of related patterns (the Rotating Collection) available for a little while (then they go away again). The other patterns are retired and are not generally available. However, because I know some folks will want them, I make many the retired patterns available for a few weeks every November. If you want me to tell you when they’re back, subscribe to the mailing list or patreon, and I’ll be sure to let you know!
