I have some bad news.  It's January.  It's cold. It's dark. And it's probably going to be like this for a while.  If I could help, I would.  But the most I can do is offer a distraction, so it seems like the perfect time to bring Chamfer back out. Chamfer, Again

Alas, I was scandalously remiss in not telling you more about yesterday's Chamfer socks. Perhaps most importantly, I should tell you about the yarn.  It's Dream in Color's Everlasting Sock.  Which might just be one of my new favorite sock yarns.  It's made up of 8 tiny, tightly twisted plies, so the stitch definition is fabulous.  It's a 420 yard hank, so there's plenty of yarn for even the biggest of feet.  And the colors are, as always with Dream in Color, absolutely amazing. As promised, the orange(ish) spiky socks (they look a bit too pink in these shots, which is totally my fault, but it's snowy out there now and I don't feel like braving the elements to try again).  These have been named Chamfer, and I'm quite taken with them.  I'm actually wearing them today as I type this.  Life's a wee bit busy here at the moment, so I'll have to leave you with just a link to the ravelry page, and a few pictures.
