Apparently this is just the month for getting patterns ready to go (you seriously should see the list of stuff that's coming out in the second half of the year, it's frankly alarming). It's time for this hat (one of the few practical things on the schedule, the rest of it is a whole bunch of tiny, absurd nonsense that I'm just unspeakably excited for).  Testing thread is up over on ravelry if you're so inclined!

Testing call for the donuts is up over on ravelry.⁠⁠ I'm picking testers later today, then sending out the pattern tomorrow. These do one of the niftiest pop up tricks I've ever seen in knitting. Seriously it's way more fun than it should be. That first picture shows what they look like when you're done knitting them, the second one shows what they look like when you pop them into shape and get ready to stuff them. I'm pretty sure it's the sprinkles that take these from donut adjacent to yes absolutely that's a donut, no question about it.⁠ I like to use bugle beads, especially the opaque ones (yes, yes I did totally trim the translucent ones off the initial donut and replace them with these, no I'm not sorry).
