These dozen patterns are my very favorites. They’ll likely stick around for a while (at least until something new comes along and claims one of their spots)!

These patterns share a common theme or technique (in this case, slippers) and will be available for just a few months. Rampant & Notable Nonsense patreon folks get these patterns free!

Crumpled

May 13, 2012|

This is the final piece for the mini book I mentioned the other day. It's still in the ever-exciting 'crumpled pile of crap' phase that most knitting projects have to endure.  I have great faith [...]

One Down

May 9, 2012|

The Tumult cowl is off the needles and blocked.  I finished it up on the drive home from Maryland Sheep & Wool.  It's lovely and light and lacy.  It will look splendid on an actual [...]

As Advertised

May 8, 2012|

Maryland Sheep & Wool had, not surprisingly, a large number of sheep and other wooly things.  We found wee baby goats: Curly horned sheep (do the horns mean they're boys?  Are boy sheep really rams, [...]

Expeditionary Force

May 4, 2012|

The Violently Domestic Expeditionary Force has gotten word of a large wool deposit in Maryland.  They've been dispatched to gather intelligence (and likely yarn).  They'll report back shortly with full details.  Maybe also with some [...]

Looking for an earlier pattern?

I have a lot of patterns! But I also tend to get overwhelmed if I have to deal with them all at once. So I’ve picked 12 of my favorites (the Core Collection) that will usually be available. And every few months, I decide on a theme or a technique and make a handful of related patterns (the Rotating Collection) available for a little while (then they go away again). The other patterns are retired and are not generally available. However, because I know some folks will want them, I make many the retired patterns available for a few weeks every November. If you want me to tell you when they’re back, subscribe to the mailing list or patreon, and I’ll be sure to let you know!
