Fig Syrup
The grocery store had fresh figs. The grocery store very rarely has fresh figs (they seem to have a shelf life of about 47 seconds, so I understand), so I felt I had to take advantage. Ribbed
I have a fondness for ribbing. I mean lace is lovely, and cables are undeniably satisfying. But ribbing is just so tidy. I can't help but love it. Motto
I have an unfortunate tendency. Well, I likely have more than one, but today I want to talk about one in particular. If I don't pay close attention, I will get absolutely paralyzed. I will tell myself 'you don't know everything you could possibly know about a topic, therefore you may not do anything involving that topic.' Do you remember that feeling you'd get in school right before you handed in a big paper? I've checked, this is totally a sock. It has all of the sock parts you need to officially declare it a sock. Even non-knitters could successfully identify it.
